I had my first facial experience ever! It was amazing 10/10! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and welcoming. My esthetician, Madison, was incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and attentive to exactly what my skin needed. The products felt amazing, the massage was so relaxing, and I left with my skin glowing brighter than it has in years. I loved the recommendations she gave me. I do think the products are very pricey! But I’ll consider purchasing since my skin is so important.

UPDATE: The manager asked me to return for another facial soon after this one. It was amazing! A shout-out to Maddie who did my facial and Sara who later did my massage! A BIG Thank You to Massage Envy Middletown and their manager. They really care. I wish I could make a new post but I don’t know how. Previous: Nicole was sweet. She has a great bedside manner. The reason I rated “okay” is because I did t feel like the facial worked. I asked to have the same facial that Maddie did, and I asked/paid for the red light and the lip therapy. However, when I looked in the mirror in my car, my face looked exactly like it did when I came in for the appointment. I shared my skin is naturally dry and I wanted my skin vibrant like I did in my last two facials. I used a lot of my credits on up-sales and gave a nice tip. Unfortunately, I don’t feel I have anything to show for it.

Loved the tranquility room to wait in before being called in for my appointment, chairs were comfy, the room was clean and calming, really helped my nervous system get into the relaxed flow, I even read on my kindle to relax while waiting as I arrived early. Michele K was FABULOUS. I was nervous as this was my first full body massage. She was tender and soft when needed and took my insight into consideration about my feet being ticklish. I have never had a foot massage where I didn’t feel uncomfortable or like I was going to kick the person doing it… until yesterday, she is a master! I will be booking with her again very soon! Thank you ME Middletown 🫶🏻 I signed up for the membership and got a TON of coupons for services to use the rest of the year on top of my monthly massage 😍
